Clarisonic Plus Malfunction :(

Over the past couple of months I've noticed the number of uses I can get between charges has been steadily decreasing. I thought it was just my imagination and kept using it. I got really suspicious when a couple of days ago I was only able to get 2 uses (2 min each) before the Clarisonic ran out of charge.

After letting my Clarisonic charge a full 24 hours yesterday and I couldn't even get it to turn on. It just keeps beeping at me wanting to be charged. WTF?!?!?! I've combed the web and haven't found any mention of other users with charging problems.

I guess I'm at the mercy of the Clarisonic customer service reps. Wish me luck!

You know you can always take it back to Sephora, especially if you still have the box. That's why I buy just about all of my beauty supplies from there....just a thought.

I just bought a brand new one with the spot therapy brush and after charging it for 24 hours mine just beeps too. No brush action at all.

I've tried fiddling with the settings, but nothing happens.

I'll be checking the blog to see what happens.

anonymous 1 - O I wish I could take it back to Sephora but I've NO IDEA where the receipt went :( I'll have to dig around for it and give it a try.

anonymous 2 - I'm so glad I'm not alone with the wonky clarisonic plus! We must've gotten one from a bad batch or something. I'm going to try to take this back to Sephora first and if that won't fly I'll go with the Clarisonic customer service reps. I will definitely keep you updated on how it goes!

Just bought a spot therapy brush and having exactly the same problems! I bought mine from Skinterra. It worked fine when I first tried it, but following the instructions, I left it to charge for 24hrs - now I've no power! ahhh Again it just seems to beeps and flashes the lights. I've no idea what's wrong!

trasa109 - I've never purchased from Skinterra before so I'm not sure how their return policy would be? Did you register your Clarisonic online? You could try contacting the manufcaturer since theres a 1 year warranty.

I ended up taking mine to Sephora for an exchange. The SA was suprised I had a charging issue but let me make the swap with no issues at all. I've only had the "new" one for 2 weeks and so far so good.
